Pilgrim Lutheran Brethren Ministries
Pilgrim Lutheran Brethren Church organizes several activities specifically for men of all ages. There are two Men’s Bible Studies - one meets Saturdays at 8:00 AM and once a month on Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM (see the activities page for dates). In addition, a men’s group meets over breakfast on Wednesdays at 8:30 AM at the Favored Flavor Family Restaurant in Mentor. Men from Pilgrim also regularly attend the annual Walk Worthy Men’s Conference, sponsored by Moody Bible Institute. Please feel free to contact the church office for information on any other men’s activities that may be occurring in addition to these.

The Pilgrim Missions Committee has a burden for missionaries that have to raise their own support to stay in the mission field and fulfill their calling. We currently support around twelve missions monthly, and if we have sufficient funds, we have a list of others that we distribute to. The costs for our missionaries is constantly on the rise, so any help we can give is greatly appreciated.
Medical Supplies for Christ
Provides missionaries with quality medical equipment and supplies, to assist them in preventing, or alleviating the suffering of people in underdeveloped countries, and thereby them to hear the good news of our Savior.
Parish Board Ministry
The mission of Parish Board is to equip, train, and encourage our teachers so they can help our students become lifelong Christ followers. Our PLBC constitution states that our duties are "to provide, promote, maintain, and direct the educational programs of the congregation".
Many of Pilgrim's Parishioners volunteer their time in support of the needs in our local community.
Project Hope for the Homeless
Responds to the human hurts and hopes of persons in Lake County who are homeless, we provide emergency shelter, care and ongoing guidance, in the name and for the sake of Jesus Christ.
Provides a safe and nurturing home for single young women who are pregnant. Their focus is on bringing women to a personal relationship with Christ and teaching them the skills necessary to make eternal changes in their lives and in the life of their child.

Nathanael & Carrie in Chad
Nathanael and Carrie and their family are living in a village in Chad among an unreached people group. They continue to study the language as they settle into their home and learn to live, garden and build relationships with their new friends.
The mission portion of Pilgrim's 2017 Vacation Bible School focused on Nathanael's and Carrie's project to translate the Bible into the Bagirmi language.
